Hello lovelies,
I do hope you are keeping safe.
I have been exploring a more simple style of cardmaking recently and to be honest this card is one of my favourites thus far. I have always loves feathers in design . Ironically, this is the first card that I have made with feathers on it and it is everything that I imagined it would be.

You will need pattern paper. I used recollections brand specifically the Bible journaling paper stack. I loved the gold foil detailing on the paper so I had to try it in one of my projects. As you can see the paper has a feather pattern so for continuity I used feathers as embellishments for the card.

Before we get started, don’t forget to join my email list so you know exactly when I post a new project.
Here is what you will need:
- Kraft cardstock
- Gold glitter cardstock
- Pattern paper

- Stamp for greeting or printed greeting
- Black ink pad (I love versafine onyx black ink)
Here are the instructions:
- Cut patterned paper to 4.25 inches by 5.5 inches.
- Cut feathers using Cricut Explore from complimentary pattern paper ensuring colors used complement the background.
- Place foam tape on the back of two feathers. these two feathers will placed be at the either end.
- Glue a feather in the middle of the pattern paper panel and add feathers with foam tape on either side.
- Cut a 0.4 by 2 inch rectangle from Kraft cardstock and stamp your sentiment in black ink. I wrote mine using my Cricut Explore and a pilot V5 pen

- Cut the word “you” from glitter cardstock using the Cricut Explore or a die
- Adhere greeting and glitter die cut in the center of the feathers.
