Hello Lovelies,
Today I am sharing an easy yet impactful card featuring a scene made using Essentials by Ellen Essential shape dies. I love how this card turned out and hope you get to try it. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

Here is what you will need:
- Essentials by Ellen Essential Shapes (square, circles, ovals)
- Essentials by Ellen Rainbow Plushie Felt Die
- Essentials by Ellen Essential Shapes for Stitching (circle)
- Cardstock (white, light blue, 2 shades of yellow, 3 shades of green)
- Vellum
- Stickers (sentiment 1, sentiment 2, element)

Here are the steps:
- Cut a 4.25 x 5.25 inch card base from white cardstock.
- Cut a circle in the center with the 3.5 inch circle die and use a circle stitching die to cut a frame around it
- Cut 2 ovals from one shade of green
- Cut 2 squares each from the other two shades of green
- Cut these squares in half diagonally
- Cut the resulting halves so they have a flat base and form a triangle
- For each mountain, take one dark green and one light green triangle. Use a pencil to outline the highlight as seen on the card on the lighter green cardstock and cut with a scissor.
- Attach the light green piece to the dark green piece using one layer of foam tape.
- Cut 2 clouds from vellum and cut them in half horizontally
- Cut the sun using the two smallest circles from the die set and adhere to each other with foam tape.
- Use pencil to lightly trace a circle on the center of the blue cardstock so you have an idea of how to place the pieces.
- Adhere one vellum cloud to the blue background using double sided tape
- Adhere the first mountain to the blue background in the center then place the other two mountains on top. Use foam tape for everything.
- Adhere ovals to look like hills using foam tape
- Adhere sun to white card front using glue or tape
- Use small pieces of clear double sided tape to adhere vellum clouds on to the top layer
- Adhere card front to card base.
- Add stickers
Your card is complete.

Thank you so much for stopping by.
