I stopped by to tell you what a beautiful result the Layering Cosmos stencil from Simon Says Stamp new release gives. Especially with the new round detail blending brushes. The brushes allow such depth and dimension in smaller images.
I ink blended the larger flower using Distress Oxides mowed lawn, ripe persimmon and abandoned coral. I ink blended the smaller flower using mowed lawn, picked raspberry oxide and picked raspberry distress ink.
I stenciled versamark ink on one set of petals for each flower and heat embossed with holographic embossing powder. This gave such a nice effect. I stamped a sentiment from the Butterfly Dreams stamp and then ink blended the base of the card base with abandoned coral.
I then mounted the card front with foam tape onto the card base at an angle.
The card is complete!
