Hi friends,
I’m back from vacation and have a card to share featuring stitching and a simple sentiment.
Heres what you will need
- tracing wheel
- paper piercer
- Simon Says Stamp Big and Bold 2 stamp set
- Versamark Ink
- Ranger white embossing powder
- Embossing Heat tool
- needle and threads of your choice
- white cardstock
- gold glitter paper strips
- Paint sample cards OR colored cardstock

I used my tracing wheel and paper piercer to make a frame around the card front. I then stitched diagonal lines across in a pattern. There’s really no set way, just ensure you use less holes on one side than the other. I tend to use two holes on the smaller side. I then used strips of glitter paper in diagonal patterns across the card front.
I stamped the sentiment in Versamark Ink and used ranger white embossing powder and my heat gun to heat emboss it to a paint sample card! You can see them in the background of the photo. These paint cards that I got free at the hardware store are so useful for getting coordinating colors for small dies and stamps.

I fussy cut the sentiment and then attached the sentiment to the card with foam tape and mounted the card front on a card base.
That’s it!
I hope you find this card inspiring. Happy crafting!
