Hello lovelies,
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today. Today I am sharing a card made using the slimline knits, knots and stitches die set from i-crafter. These dies are really versatile and can be used for both stitching projects as well as decorative elements. I can’t wait to play some more with them.

For the card
Here is what you will need:
- White cardstock
- i-crafter slimline knit, knots and stitches die set
- Inks for blending (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple) I used distress oxides.
- Nuvo drops (clear, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
- gold glitter cardstock
- vellum
- word die of your choice with outline die (I cut this sentiment with my Cricut)
I was in a rainbow mood and so I ink blended distress oxides on a 4.25×5.5 inch white background in rainbow order. I used: picked raspberry, candied apple, ripe persimmon, squeezed lemonade, mowed lawn, peacock feathers, and wilted violet. I used one piece of masking tape to create a triangle with the point on the left and the base on the right. I blended picked raspberry into the space and removed the masking tape. I applied more masking tape to form another triangle going the opposite direction right below the first. I continued blending with colors in the order listed above until the entire panel was filled up. I allowed the panel to dry fully.

These are the remaining instructions:
- Add Nuvo crystal drops (carnation pink, red berry, auburn pearl, dandelion yellow, bottle green, Caribbean ocean and crushed grape) of the corresponding color to each triangle and allow to dry.
- Cut two pieces from a white cardstock sheet to 5×4.25 inches and also 4.25×11 inches for the card base.
- Use the Knits, knots and Stitches die to cut 3 windows in the front of the panel at different heights
- Save these white cutouts
- Cut 1/4inch off the left, right and top of the rainbow panel.
- Adhere dried rainbow panel on folded card base ensuring that it is aligned with the bottom edge of the card base and equally spaced from both vertical sides.
- Then add foam tape to the sided and top of the card base
- Adhere the white diecut panel on top and fill in the negative space with the white cutouts in step 4 using glue.
- Cut a sentiment from gold glitter cardstock and cut outline from vellum. Adhere to each other.
- Adhere sentiment to card
- Add clear nuvo drops (morning dew)
- Your card is complete!

Thanks so much for stopping by.
I hope you get to try this simple yet beautiful card.
